AVTOSANOAT INVEST LLC was established on January 23, 2008, by decision of its founders. UZAVTOSANOAT JSC is the sole and 100% founder of the company. AVTOSANOAT INVEST LLC invests in enterprises located in Uzbekistan and in regional enterprises abroad.
One of the Company’s main activities is investment, as well as participation in the management of enterprises through shareholdings and stakes in authorized capital.
The company’s priority development areas are:
Participation in the creation of new joint ventures to develop the production of new products included in the localization program
Participation in the expansion of the sales network by establishing new dealerships.
Participation in the creation of enterprises providing consulting, depository, brokerage, and other services related to the valuation, purchase and sale of property, and the issuance and placement of securities.
Based on the company’s strategic interests, investing in other enterprises and/or acquiring a blocking or controlling stake or interest in the authorized capital of enterprises of interest (such as a bank, manufacturing enterprise, insurance company, design institute, depository, construction company, etc.).
Strengthening the material and technical base of existing enterprises by allocating a portion of net profits to enterprise development.
